FIT4BABY®

FIT4BABY® is a prenatal fitness program designed specifically for moms-to-be, offering a 60-minute total-body workout that includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and a supportive community.

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller.

Run Club+®

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. Next Run Club+ starts Feb 17th - we are training for the Mountains 2 Beach Race in Ojai April 13th. Sign up now !

Body Well®

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. Join us for small group strength training, plus nutritional support and motivation to keep you going, twice a week at 6am! Spring session will run March 5th - April 3rd, email to join santamonica@fit4mom.com

Body Boost®
